The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on Mon -
1981 7:30 PM. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Bis-

Mayor Stock called the meeting to order. The minutes of December 22, '1980
were reviewed.
MINUTES
Motion by. Watkins to approve the minutes of December 22,, 1980 as presented,
seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.
RON BUCKEYE
City Planner Graser reviewed the plat of the Ron Buckeye Subdivision. The
Planning Commission has 'reviewed this plat and gave preliminary approval
contingent upon park dedication.

Mayor Stock stated that he will take Mr. Hasting's comments under consider- -
ation. The City's first goal is to assist or promote the DNR to obtain
another site; developing the access is "the DNR's obligation'. Scott County ;
has been requested to work with the DNR to develop better accesses onto
