The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on
Monday, February 2, 1981 at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers. Mayor Stock
called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Bis
sonett, Busse, Thorkelson, and Watkins, City Manager McGuire, City Engine-

Motion by Watkins to approve the minutes of January 26, 1981 as submitted,
.seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.
City Manager McGuire reported on the meeting he had with Bill Marshall,
owner of land north of County Road 42; this property the City ;could like
to purchase to use for the water tower site. Mr. Marshall is willing to
sell three to ten acres to the City.

Motion by BissonetL.to grant the lease agreement with Prior Lake State
Bank to sublet to Prior Lake State Agency and Coldwell Banker Real Estate
pursuant to Section 8.01 of the lease agreement between the Citytof Prior
Lake and the Prior Lake State Bank, which was discussed'at the public

Motion by Bissonett to approve the amended list of plumbing license ap-

passed.

TOWER STREET
City Engineer Anderson reported on the ;bids received for Tower Street.
BID AWARDING
The Scott County HRA stated the City may award the bid to the lowest
bidder.
Motion by Watkins to award the base bid with concrete curb and gutter
for Tower Street, Project 80-14, to Alexander Construction Co., Inc.

JOHN HARTMAN
Mayor Stock called the public hearing to order for the John Hartman
