' General discussion regarding public interest, including drainage and the need' for access to the lake for the public were reviewed. Ave. , Motion by to deny the road vacation request by Gary Lindstam, seconded by Watkins, and upon a vote taken the motion was passed with Councilman Bissonett voting nay. s Motion by Watkins have Staff examine specifically the access and`put appropriate. signs to eliminate nuisance to the properties along this road, seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. Weiland, withdrew the road vacation request. a • City Planner Graser reported that Ted Sullivan is continuing with the civil suit against the Duluth Street Auto Body Shop and the Lakeside Marina will be moving the large blue structure off the property within the week. Condemnat,io City Manager"McGuire reviewed the Condemnation Awards for North Grainwood Road. " Awards for The time for appeals of the commissioners awards on condemnation for Caimut ; I N. Grsinwoo Ave. has expired.- The following individuals have appealed the commissioners awards; John Johnson for $25,000.00, A. Jake Menne for $22,500.00, Visions Vlll . for 95,000.00 and Charles R. Jorgensen for $66,000.00.
