The'`Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on
Monday, October 26, 1981 at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers. Mayor Stock
" called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse.,
' Watkins, Thorkelson, Bis`sonett, City Manager McGuire, City Planner Grayer
and a City A

" The minutes of October 19, 1991 were 'reviewed.
Motion by Watkins to approve the minutes of October 19, 1981 as presented,
seconded by Busse and upon`a vote taken it was duly passed.
GAMBLING PERMIT Mayor Stock reviewed the requests for Temporary Gambling Permits bydSt.

Permits and that they' required to submit at the end of the raffle a
