Mayor Stock " called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Stock, Councilmen Busse., ' Watkins, Thorkelson, Bis`sonett, City Manager McGuire, City Planner Grayer and a City A Y _ Sullivan. E " The minutes of October 19, 1991 were 'reviewed. Motion by Watkins to approve the minutes of October 19, 1981 as presented, seconded by Busse and upon`a vote taken it was duly passed. GAMBLING PERMIT Mayor Stock reviewed the requests for Temporary Gambling Permits bydSt. ST_. MICHAELS. °& M "ichaels Church and the ' re" Department. FIRE`DEPT. } 1 (r Motion by Watkins,-,to waive the fee and bond for the Temporary Gambling Permits and that they' required to submit at the end of the raffle a _ statement of receipts an& payments, seconded by Bissonett and'upon,.a vote taken it was duly.pas.sed s r < i T EASURER!_S Motion by Bissonett to approve the Treasurer's Report for the month of y .. Motion by,- Wa d tkins that a resolution'be prepared sale for one year,�sconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was duly passed.
