E November 4, 1981 The Common Council of the C,ity,of,Prior Lake met in special session on November 4, 1981 at 5:00 PM in the C ity Council Chambers to ratify the vote for the November 3, 1:981 election. Mayor.,Stock called the meeting to order. Present were Mayor stock, Counci1me3n Busse, Thorkelson, . Watkins, City'Ainager McGuire and Election Clerk Toni Warhol.
