Acting Mayor Thorkelson called the meeting to order. Present were Acting 'Mayor "Thorkelson,; Councilmembers �.' 14 Busse, Schweich, Scott, City Manager McGuire, Finance, Pirecto^ Teschner, City, Attorney KLssel and newly elected Mayor Johnson. _ Acting Mayor Thorkelson asked everyone to please rise for the pledge of allegiance. t r , k Acting Mayor Thorkelson then asked City Manager McGuire to swear,in the newly elected officials. 1 1 u Swearing City Manager McGuire asked - Gary.
