The' - Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular
session on Monday; April 23, ;1984 at 7:30 PM in ttie Cit

Council Chambers. Mayor, Johnson called the meeting_ to' order

The first item on the agenda was °to discuss the impact of the
Racetrack in Shakopee on Prior Lake.

City` Manager McGuire reviewed a list of potential problems ;n
that Staff, Planning Commission and the Economic Development
Committee were asked to look into.
