The next item on the agenda was to discuss the plans for an Ice Fishing Access on Spring Lake. Acting Mayor -Scott asked Parks & Recreation Director ' Mangan to review this. i Ice Fishiryg Parks & Recreation Director Mangan stated that the Prior -'Lake Sportsman's Amew m Club are going to be improving the fish' °house access 'located by Gordie xft Uke Gelhaye's Property on Spring Lake. He further stated that staff has met and discuss this with the Sportsman's Club and the DNR. He camiented f6rther.' There was general discussion by Council and Staff. The next item on the agenda was to review the bids received for the improvements to 150th Street Project 84 -3 and Terrace Circil/e 84 -2. ' INC.) sudnitted the lowest bid, but did not sign , the bid z1nd did not ccnply to all the requirements within the bid. There was general discussion regarding this handout. The next item on the agenda was the reports for the month of June. He stated that he did not think that they have caaglled wlti;, all the contingencies that were n s et at that time.
