City Planner Graser stated that City Attorney Kessel drafted an agreement which
is straight forward. It incorporates all the elements that we have discussed at
the previous meeting. He then reviewed the agreement.

Mayor Johnson than asked if there was any other business that, needed to be taken

City planner Graser stated that the 'Planning Commission will be holding a public
hearing on Thursday. November 15, 1984 to amend the zoning code on Rear Yard Set
Backs. He briefly commented on this. He also stated that the Planning
Commission :could hold a round table discussion on. mb - standard lots.
City Manager McGuire commented on a meeting that the Association of Metropolitan

Municipalities will hold on Thursday, December-If', 1984 at 7 :30 Ph. He also

told the Council that the City 'a new computer system was up and running and that

Notion by Huse to authorize the payment of $67,359.57 for the City's computer
