January Tth at 8;15 PH. The next item on the agenda Was to discuss Concrete -v3- Bituainous CWW for prOeet,areas Within Prior Lake. City Engineer Anderson commented on this. After a general discussion by Council and Staff, there Was a motion by Busse to Oancreroe', specify ;;,that all new projects from this time forward Will be concrete curb and ftr nm PMT gutter, seconded by Schweich., and upon a vote taken this motion `carried. It was the consensus of the Council that each Councilor' ber should f ill out . an CitY ' evaluation 'form and that Councilmember Thorkelson should perfom the annual HYalastAn evaluation. Motion by Schweich to recommend Keith Thorkelson' to evaluate City Manager 'McGuire . `for his annual rev ew seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken it was dul Mayor Johnson Jdfnaon read, a letter to the record eeord fraa.Mr. Jeff Hanson regarding the Cable.
