The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in ' regular session on

on Tuesday, January 8, 1985 were reviewed by Council.

The next item on the agenda was the Dunn /Stark Driveway situation. City Manager
McGuire commented on this,
City Manager McGuire stated that City Engineer Anderson spoke with the two
Parties today..-Nothing has been settled yet, but he did feel that this could be
handled by the two property owners.
The next item on the agenda was to consider the proposed salary increase for the
Police Patrol. City Manager McGuire commented on this.
. City Manager McGuire stated that he has been negotiating with the Police !Union

our initial offer 4.3%. He further stated that they have voted ta' ,ac;crpt a
1123.00 1month increase which calculates out to be a 5.6% for Top Patrol,. y

vacation for James Dunn. City Planner Grasesr commented on this.
:r City Planner Oraser stated that the applicant':: is requesting t'o + `vacate an
existing npublic alley in the Original Townsite of Spring Lake., In the past
isailar requests have been granted. Staff recommends scheduling a public
hearing on February 4, 1983 at 8:00 PM.
