City Planner Grazer commented on this, y City Planner Graser stated that in September of 1984 the Planning Commission was charged with conducting a public'htaring to seek public input on the validity "of the'ourront 23 foot roar yard setback requirement for all residential tructures' in R- Zones. the Planning Commission conducted the hearing in November. =o! 9t{ with five people in attonda,noe. City Manager McGuire, then commented on Resolution 85 -03 - regarding Comparable Worth, a a There was a general discussion regarding the comparable worth study. The next item on the agenda was a discussion on the Street Overlay Ordinance. t City Engineer Anderson commented on this. Thor* was a general discussion by Council, Staff and the two towing companies; �� !lotion by Schweich to a approve Resolution 85 -2 as_,submtted seconded by Scott �.� and upon a vote taken it was duly passed. The next item, on the agenda was to review the feasibility study for ;Project n 85 -11, Street Overlay. City Engineer Anderson commonted on this, City Snsinoer Anderson reviewed the preliminary report and estimate of cost for the street, overlay and appurtenant work for: project 83 - 11. He stated that the Streets included in this project would bo Basswood Cir'ole, Bay Avenue, Dunkirk Avonno, Dutoh Avenue, B1Si;Avenue, Green Heights Trail, '�# Cent Street, park 'Avenue, 9 g lorshin Street, !`id enont Avenue, Roanoke- Street,. Spring Avanue, P g Sycamore Trail, Yale Circle, Walnut: Avenue, Mtl),ow Beach Street, Willow Beach T ;ail and Toad Road."
