Next Council CITY OF PRIOR LAKE MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL October 7, 1985 The Common Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on Monday, October 7, 1985 at 7:30 PM in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Johnson called the meeting " to order. Present were Mayor Johnson, CbUncil Busse, Schweich, Scott, Thorkelson, City Manager McGuire, City Attorney 1Gessel, City Planner Graser, and Economic Develo Development Director /Administrative Assistant .' thmacht. Mayor Johnson asked everyone to rise for the pledge of allegiance. + The minutes of September 23, 1985 meeting and tl'te invoices scheduled for mutes a ` ;•" Payment on October 8, 1985 were reviewed by Council. Motion was made by Huse, Invooioe seconded by Scott to accept the minutes and approve payment of the invoices as submitted, and upon a vote taken, was duly passed. The next item on the agenda was to consider the hardshell for Hidden Oaks 2nd. Addition. , City Planner Graser reviewed the preliminary plat:with the Council that was approved in April, 1985 and indicated that all the contingency had been completed. Staff recommended approval of the hardshel ub subject t receiving the deed for;dutlot A. Developer, Jerry Grendahl, was present to questions. Concern was a reseed answer xp by Busse regarding Outlot A being a land - locked piece of property adjacent 'to the school distiict property that would be maintained by the City. Discussion y . by Council and Staff followed, Notion was made by Thorkelson„ seconded by Busse, to approve the Hardshell for Hidden Oaks 2nd Addition subject to the City receiving the deed for Outlot 1�l, iiudattell and upon a vote taken, was duly passed.
