MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL
October 15, 1985
The Carman Council of the City of Prior Lake met in regular session on Tuesday,
October 15,_1985 at 7:30 PM in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Johnson called
the meeting to order. Present were Mayor Johnson, Councilmembers Busse
Schweich, Scott, Thorkelson, City Manager McGuire, City n

The minutes of October 7, 1985 meeting were reviewed by Council.

The next item on the agenda was to consider the request from R & R _Restaurants,
Inc. dbe Anchor Inn for liquor license and cigarette license. City Manager
McGuire reported to the Council that this request was for a transfer from Ron
Fraboni The investigation has been completed; the fees, insurance certificate
and surety bona have been r4beived and the Liquor Cagmittee recommended

Park. City Parks /and Recreation Director Mangan showed slides to the Council of `
the Rob Evans' property indicating the deck encroaches on the park by twelve

park land. following options were being considered:
the 25 foot rear setback; (2) lease the remove the deck e

Mr. Bob Evans informed the Council that he had the deck built according to the

no construction of sewer, water or paving; the paved road for the Hennens has
not been completed; and the project was not completed by September 15
as per the
developer's agreement. Last week erosion control measures were installed by the
developer and they did agree to haul in for

pre - construction meeting held on October 15, the developer indicated they wanted
