WAS, the Scott County Goverment Study Clarmission met on wanesday,'
September 18, 1985 and voted on all of the optional forms of
County goverment under consideration as set forth in Minnesota
Statute 375AI and
W'EIRE Chairman Rod Krass is drafting a preliminary report of the Study
Ca :I sion based on the voting results of the September 18
meeting; and
WHEY", upon completion the , prelimirsa:.y report will be made available to

the other units of government in Scott County as well as to the

'iiE>EIUS According to Minnesota Statute: 315A.13(3) the duration of the

allow the City Council of Prior Lake and other governmental units in Scott
County adequate tiwe to properly review, analyse and oasmment on the Study
