transportation issues, including but not limited to, the capacity of
State.Trunk Highway 013, the construction of the Count]( Road e18
bridge, and the construction of the Trunk Highway 101 Shakopee Bypassl
and
WIS:,,,the Scott County Board is requesting that the City Council adopt a
' pesclution confirming the Cityrs caamitment to the Scott County'
Transportation Coalition.

and the following were absent: None
The Manager presented affidavits showing publication

of notice of call for bids on $3,450,000 General Obligation
Improvement Bonds of 1986 of the City, for bids were to
which
be received it 'this meeting, in accordance with the resolution
.adopted by the City Council on January 13, 198,6. The
affidavits were examined, found to comply with, the provisions P
of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and
ordered placed on `;file. '
, The Council proceeded to .receive and open bids for
