MAWS public hearings were held on October 16 and November 20 1996 in the

WHMMAS, all interested persons were afforded the opportunity to present their
views and object fins to said amoenibents and.

Minimum, Assign Standairds Section of the Prior Lake Subdivision

Wti$, Tl1e City Council has determined that the amendment to replace
existing
policies 1-6 with policies as per MM333IT A of the Natural. Features
Section of the Cooprehensive Plan 'would be in the interest.
