SAS, pursuant to ,Resolution 88.44, which the City Council adopted on f
February 16, 1988, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for
the improvement of Fisher Avenue between Carria9e Hill Road and jai' Street
by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, bituminous,
surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, and appurtenant work; and with reference to
the improvement of the Library Parking Lot from Erie Avenue to K � Avenue ' by
the . installation of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter a.-d
appurtenant work, and has presented such plans and specifications td`the
for approval.

the making of such improvement under such

state that bids rill be opened, and that all bide will be raceiveid by i.
