Dear Bruce,
Thank you for your willingness to issue a grading permit for the
two lots in Amen Acres. This letter is to confirm the following
three issues we discussed on the phone.
1) The building pad for Lot 9 will be certified by a registered
soil engineer.
2) At your request, we will not excavate the wetland as indicated
on the grading plan.
3) Silt fence will be installed prior to filling.
