NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT HEARING
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
78-11
CREEKSIDE CIRCLE PAVING
PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Time and Place:
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of
the City of Prior Lake, Minnesota will meet at
the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday,
the 17th day of September, 1979, at 8:00 PH to
consider the assessment of the following improve-
men t :
General Nature of
Improvement:
The general nature of the improvement is the con-
struction of bituminous paving improvements in the
East one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of Sec-
tion 2, Township 114N, Range 22W., described as
fo 11 ows :
Lots l-l~, Jo-Anna Stepka's Hi-View 3rd Addition
All property benefitting from the improvement, whether
abutting or not, in the East one-half of the South-
west one-quarter of Section 2, Township 114N, Range
22 W.
Area Proposed to Be
assessed:
The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements
is every lot, piece or parcel of land within the area
described above benefited by said improvements, whethe
abutting thereon or not, based upon benefits received
without regard to cash valuation.
Cost:
The cost of the improvement for Assessment is
$24,310.00.
Author i ty:
This Council proposed to proceed under the authority
granted by Chapter 429 H.S.A.
All persons desiring to be heard with reference to
the proposed Assessment will be heard at this meet-
ing. Written or oral comments will be considered.
