Phone Service: There is no phone service at the existing cabin. The main phone line runs underground across the front of the lot near the street and will not be disturbed. Gas Service: The natural gas to the cabin has been disconnected from the main gas line. The main gas line runs underground and will not be disturbed. Water Service: The water service has been shut off from the main and immediatiy upon removal `of the existing cabin, the existing water line will be crimped and soldered to prevent water flowing 'inthe event that the main gets turned on prior to completion of the new residence. Sewer Service: The existing sewer service line will be capped immediatly upon removal of the existing cabin to prevent anything from entering the sewer system. After excavation for the new residence, 'a new sewer line will be installed and capped until it is ready to be connected to the waste lines in the new residence. 0 ' Erosion Control: In order to prevent erosion and keep all fill on the property and out of the lake, a silt fence will be properly installed, per attached survey, along the - entire width of the property near the rear (lake side).
