The review is based upon the supposition that the data on which the design is based are correct, and that necessary legal authority has been obtained to construct the project. INSPECTIONS: All plumbing installations must be tested and inspected in accordance with the requirements of the Minnesota Plumbing Code. As specified in Minnesota Rules, part 4715.2830, no plumbing work may be covered prior to completing the required tests and inspections. Provisions must be made for applying an air test at the time of the roughing -in inspection as outlined in Minnesota Rules, part 4715.2820, subpart 2, of the code. A manometer test, as specified in Minnesota Rules, part 4715.2820, subpart 3, is required at the time of the finished plumbing inspection.
