The Prior Lake Economic Development Authority (EDA) opened two additional positions on

the 6-member Technology Village Board of Directors in order to increase its size to eight; and
One application was received from Adam Proehl, who was recommended to the EDA by a

Technology Village interview subcommittee; and
The EDA met on April 21 and recommended Adam Proehl to the City Council for final

appointment to the Technology Board of Directors.
