Pursuant to Resolution 13-127, the City Council, on September 9, 2013 ordered a

Feasibility Report to be prepared by the City’s Engineering Department with reference to
the Rolling Oaks Circle Improvement Project; and
The Feasibility Report for the Rolling Oaks Circle Improvement Project dated October

2013 and the amendment dated April 2014 contains information that the proposed project
is necessary, cost effective, and feasible; and

1.The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2.The City Council hereby accepts the Feasibility Report as submitted.
3.The Council will consider the improvement of such streets and areas in accordance with the Report and
the assessment of property as described in the Report for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $912,431.
4.A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 27 of May, 2014 at Prior Lake

City Hall, with the address of 4646 Dakota Street SE, City of Prior Lake, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. statutory
notice and publication requirements shall be followed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF APRIL 2014.
