The petition has been duly presented to the City of Prior Lake, signed by the owners of the property abutting the following described easement situated in the City of Prior Lake, Scott County, Minnesota to wit: 0IKEP(IWGVMTXMSR 6ESH[E])EWIQIRX  Roadway Easement as identified in Scott County Document #A759983 filed on December 20, 2006 as follows: A 50 foot wide strip over and across that part of the East Half of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 114, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest comer of the South 1958.81 feet of said East Half of the West Half; thence easterly along the north line of said South 1958.81 feet a distance of 446.95 feet to the point of beginning of said strip to be described; thence deflecting to the left 79 degrees 18 minutes 53 seconds a distance of 50.10 feet and there terminating; Together with that part of said East Half which lies within the circumference of a 100 foot diameter circle, the center of said circle is the terminus of the above described strip.
