Dear Inspector,
On Wednesday, December 04, 2013 we took an elevation using excepted survey
practices. At that time we found the top of a solid building component on an in progress
house addition at 15331 Red Oak Road, Prior Lake, MN, to be 909.59 feet (Elevation
datum is based on NVGD 29 data). James Barton Design Build, Inc., St. Paul, MN is
performing the house addition. The solid building component will be topped with 4
inches of concrete to bring finished top elevation to 909.92 feet.
As a licensed land surveyor in the state of Minnesota I certify the elevations listed above
are correct. Any questions or additional requests please contact our office.
