The plumber and electrician can pull their own permits. It doesn't appear that the fire suppression head location will be impacted by the new walls but the city field inspector can make that determination when he conducts a framing inspection of the new infill walls.If any work is done on the sprinkler system,the sprinkler contractor would be required to obtain a permit for the work. You can pull the building permit, see attached application. The plan that was provided is acceptable.Please provide the following information: 1. What is the infill walls constructed of?2x4s with sheetrock? 2. Provide a written description of the type of business that is conducted in the space. 3. What type of materials are stored or used in the space. 4. The front counter will need to be handicap accessible. Give me a call for any clarification.
