HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-129 Berens Combination of Assessments 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 14-129 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMBINATION OF ASSESSMENTS LEVIED AGAINST TWO PARCELS TO ONE COMBINED REPLACEMENT PARCEL (BERENS BUS) Motion By: MORTON Second By: SOUKUP WHEREAS, Berens Enterprises LLC is the owner of property located 16731 Welcome Avenue; and WHEREAS, Based upon City Council Resolution 14-113, the property owner has combined two parcels (PID 259010085 and 259010087) into one parcel (PID 259010089) in order to fully develop the site; and WHEREAS, Assessments of $38,135.30 (PID 259010085) and $41,534.01 (PID 259010087) were previously levied against the two parcels and should now be combined as $79,669.31 into the one combined replacement parcel. NOWTHEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1.The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein. 2.Assessments levied separately against Parcel ID’s 259010085 and 259010087 in the amount of $79,669.31 are hereby combined and levied against a combined replacement Parcel ID 259010089. 3.The repayment schedule is unaffected by this combination.
