HomeMy WebLinkAbout14-133 Crystal Bay final plat 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 14-133 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CRYSTAL BAY TOWNHOMES 2 ADDITION FINAL PLAT ND Motion By: MORTON Second By: MCGUIRE (the “Developer”) submitted an application to the City of DBOW Properties and Crest Exteriors LLC WHEREAS, Prior Lake for approval of a Final Plat for “Crystal Bay Townhomes 2 Addition”; and nd WHEREAS, The City Council has found that the final plat of Crystal Bay Townhomes 2 Addition is in substantial nd compliance with the approved preliminary plat for Crystal Bay Townhomes, subject to an approved substantial amendment to the corresponding Planned Unit Development Final Plan. NOWTHEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1.The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully set forth. 2.The final plat of “Crystal Bay Townhomes 2 Addition” is approved subject to the following conditions, nd which shall be met prior to release of and recording of the final plat: a.The Developer shall provide reductions of the entire final plat be submitted, to the following scales: 1” = 200’; and one reduction at no scale which fits onto an 8 1/2” x 11” sheet of paper. b.The Developer shall submit three mylar sets of the final plat with all required signatures. c.The Developer shall provide financial security, acceptable to the City Engineer. d. The final plat is subject to approval of a vacation of a drainage and utility easement across a portion of Lot 25, Block 1, Crystal Bay Townhomes. 3.The Developer shall file the final plat and all pertinent documents with Scott County within 60 days from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by November 7, 2014, will render the final plat null and void. 4.A Development Contract does not need to be executed due to no additional public utilities or improvements with this subdivision.
