· Elected Bob Barsness as Chair
· Elected Carol Scott as Vice Chair
· Appointed Kay Kuhlmann as Vice Secretaryffreasurer until a City Manager is
hired.
. Elected Chuck Arnold as Secretaryffreasurer.
· Discussed cost structure for Waterfront Passage Business Park.
· Approved a motion adopting the reports with following stipulations:
1. Directed the EDC staff to submit reports semi-annually (January
and June) to the EDA for review.
2. Staff to start tax increment financing procedure, coordinate with
County and School District and obtain a letter of understanding
from bogth jurisdictions after each meeting to avoid
misunderstandings.
3. Staff to research with attorneys the feasibility of adopting the district
now and certifying parcel by parcel over time for a number of years.

· Discussed Economic Recovvery Grant Request and KATUN proposal.
· Recommended formal action on proposal as presented.

· Approved sale of 1 .28 acres to City for Becker Arena Products.
· Approved sale of one acre parcel part of Lot 2, Block 1 to the City for a 10,000
square foot multi-tenant building,
. Election of Officers - tabled until BDC chair has been appointed.
