ORDINANCE NO. 96-08
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 6-3-1 OF THE CITY CODE AND
SECTION 6-3-1 OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE (87-10), ABBREVIATED
SUBDIVISION PROCESS.
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain:
Section 6-3-1 of the City Code and Section 6-3-1 of the Prior Lake Subdivision
Ordinance (87-10) are hereby repealed in their entirety.
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 4th day of March, 1996.
