My intent is to provide for the possibility of easily supplying natural gas to any oven/range which may, at some future date, be installed at the south wall of this room. This would be for the use of an elderly or college age close rellltive, such as a daughter or parent. It is not intended to make a fully-operational for.profit.rental unit out of the basement.
