212 Development Group and Manley Brothers Construction have submitted an application for a minor
amendment to the approved development plan for the Crystal Bay Planned Unit Development Plan by
changing the style of the buildings approved with the original approved PUD plan; and
The Prior Lake Planning Commission considered the proposed minor amendment on September 27,
2004; and
The Prior Lake City Council considered the proposed minor amendment to the approved development
plan for the Crystal Bay PUD on October 4,2004; and
Owners of property within the Crystal Bay PUD have been notified of the proposed minor amendment in
accordance with Section 1106.607 (2) b of the Zoning Ordinance; and
The City Council finds the minor amendment to the Crystal Bay PUD consistent with certain elements of
the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Ordinance; and
The City Council finds the minor amendment is in harmony with both existing and proposed development
in the area; and
The City Council finds the minor amendment does not affect the approved overall density of the PUD; and
The City Council finds the minor amendment is compatible with the stated purposes and intent of the
Section 1106 Planned Unit Developments of the Zoning Ordinance; and
The City Council finds the proposed minor amendment adequately provides for internal organization,
uses, circulation, public facilities, recreation areas and open space.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA,
1. The above recitals are incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
2. The" Crystal Bay PUD Final Plan is amended to revise the style of the townhouse units as shown on Exhibit A to this
resolution
Passed and adopted this 4th day of October, 2004.
