AN ORDINANCE DELETING SECTION 1108.800
OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY CODE
PROVIDING FOR A COMBINED PROCESS FOR CONSIDERING
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS
The City Council of the City of Prior Lake does hereby ordain that:
1, Section 1108,800 of the Prior Lake City Code is hereby amended to delete all of
Section 1108,808,
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and
publication.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake this 4th day of October, 2004,
