RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE COMMON INTEREST
COMMUNITY NUMBER 1111 (JEFFERS SOUTH CONDOMINIUMS) THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL
CIC PLAT

WHEREAS:
On June 17, 2002, the City Co~ncil approved the preliminary plat known as
Jeffers South, subject to condition~ identified by Resolution 02-97; and
WHEREAS:
On September 30, 2002, the City Council adopted Resolution 02-158 approving
the final plat of Jeffers South; and
WHEREAS:

The City Council has found that t e Common Interest Community Number 1111
(Jeffers South Condominiums) T ird Supplemental CIC Plat is in substantial
compliance with the approved preli inary plat and final plat for Jeffers South.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLV D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, that it should and ereby does require the following conditions to be
met, prior to release of, and recording of said plat:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated h rein as if fully setforth.
2. The City Council approves the Common I terest Community Number 1111 (Jeffers South
Condominiums) Third Supplemental CIC Plat.
3. The CIC plat and all pertinent documents mus be filed with Scott County within 60 days from the
date of final plat approval. Failure to record he documents by December 18, 2004, will render
the CIC plat null and void.
4. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby auth rized to execute the CIC Plat on behalf of the City.
