DESCRIPTION:
That part of the Northwest QJarter of Section 11, Township 114, Range 22, Scott COLmty, Minnesota, described
as follows: COIrnJencing at the point of intersection of the North line of said Northwest QJarter and the
centerline of the Town Road as platted in Maple Acres, said point of intersection being distant 1693.8
feet East of the Northwest comer of said Northwest QJarter; thence running South 19 degrees 27 minutes East
along the centerline of said Town Road a distance of 100 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract
of land to be described; thence continuing South 19 degrees 27 minutes East along said centerline a
distance of 52.1 feet; thence running South 17 degrees 11 minutes East along said centerline a distance of
47.9 feet; thence running due East parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of
229.12 feet, thence running North 17 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds West, 99.48 feet more or less to a
point in a line bearing due East from the actual point of beginning; thence running due West along said
line 230.98 feet more or less to the actual point of beginning, subject to the right of way of the Town
Road over the westerly 33 feet thereof.
I hereby certify that this is the exact location of the proposed garage as staked by me this
