Guardian Energy, LLC was formed in September of 2009 by six farmer-owned ethanol plants located in Little Falls, Benson,
Claremont,and Winthrop,Minnesota as well as Mason City, Iowa and Minden, Nebraska to purchase the 120 MGY ethanol
production facility in Janesville, MN. In 2010, Heartland Corn Products(Winthrop, MN),KAAPA Ethanol LLC(Minden, NE),Find
Chippewa Valley Ethanol Company(Benson, MN)purchased majority interest in the 60 MGY ethanol production facility in Lima,
OH. Together,these plants believe the economic benefits of producing ethanol should remain in the rural communities,which has
been vital to the success of each of the member plants involved in Guardian.
Guardian Energy is currently moving their corporate offices to our Prior Lake location consisting of 4,300 rentable square feet of
office.
Please note,this is a corporate office and they do not have any warehouse space and do not manufacture or distribute from this
location.

The owner added a conference room and 7 offices to an open floor plan that was previously protected with exposed
pipe and upright style sprinkler heads.The new walls do not go all the way to the deck so in the rooms that they added
ceilings in we cut mechanical T's into the existing branch lines and dropped semi recessed pendents into the dropped
ceilings to provide adequate coverage below and above the new ceilings.
