I am an attorney at Blahnik Law Office, PLLC. I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School,
magna cum laude, in May 2013. 1 started working for Blahnik Law Office, PLLC in May 2012, as a law clerk, and was
offered a position as an attorney upon graduation. During law school, I served as a student director for the American
Bar Association's moot court team and as a student director for the University of Minnesota's Special Education Clinic.
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota.
Prior to working at Blahnik Law Office, PLLC, I clerked at the Legal Rights Center in Minneapolis, working on felony
criminal matters for low income adults and juveniles. While is law school, I also served as a research assistant and a
clerk for the Honorable Philip D. Bush in Hennepin County on a civil and misdemeanor criminal calendar.
My practice at Blahnik Law Office, PLLC, consists primarily of estate planning and probate clients. However, I do
maintain a diverse caseload including divorce, landlord/tenant, real estate, and general civil matters.
Currently, I volunteer through Minnesota Women Lawyers in various positions, as a community teacher with Junior
Achievement herein Prior lake, and with my church, Christ Presbyterian in Edina, MN. I am also the co-editor ofthe
Minnesota State Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Section Newsletter.

Briefly describe your interest In this position and how you can serve the community.
Having grown up in the Prior Lake community, and now having moved to Prior Lake in August 2014,1 would like to
continue to expand my presence in the community. My practice is located in the community and someday my
children will attend Prior Lake schools. I would like to contribute to Prior Lake's positive reputation further expand
knowledge of community and city functions. I have been more active in the Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce and
look forward to branching Into this new area.
