Gentlemen:
We hereby submit our Bid to fumish the Labor, Material. and Equipment to Re-Roof the above building
as follows:
DEMOLITION
Remove the existing Roof Membrane and Base Flashing down to the existing insulation. Clean up and
dispose of debris.
INSULATION
r If necessary, replace deteriorated steel deck at a cost of $3.00 per square foot.
Replace wet or damaged insulation at a cost of $1.00 per board foot.
Install two layers of Insulation. The first layer to be 1.7. Isocyanurate attached with screws and plates.
The second layer to be 112. Wood Fiberboard attached with hot asphalt. This will bring your total Roof
R-Value to approximately 22.53.
Tapered sCmps to be installed at downspouts to help draw water off roof.
ROOFING
Roof Membrane to be 3-Plies of Type IV Fiberglass Felt in 23 Ibs. inter-ply moppings of hot Asphalt.
Surface to have a 60 lb. Floodcoat of hot Asphalt and 400 Ibs. of Gravel per 100 square feet.
Base Flashings to be #15 Felt and Modified Bitumen Capsheet set in hot Asphalt. Wrap roof edge with
20-mil Vinyl.
SHEET METAL
Provide new 24-gauge Prefinished steel Fascia.

Provide new Scuppers and connect to existing Downspouts.

may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within Thirty (30) Days. This Proposal is based on work to be
started within 4 months of the date of this Proposal.

. Adequate access to be provided adjacent to building.
. Moving, disconnection and re-connecting of Roof Top Units is not necessary.
. Owner or tenant to be responsible for protecting building contents. equipment and vehicles from
falling dust and debris caused by reroof project.
. All debris will be disposed of at Dem-Con Landfill, Incorporated in Jordan, MN.
