Dear Paul:
I have reviewed the lot certificate prepared by Delmar H. Schwanz for Lot 14, Block 2 and have the
following comments:
The proposed garage floor elevation change will not adversely impact driveway slope
. The proposed basement floor elevation change will not impact service from sanitary sewer.
The proposed walk out elevation change will not adversely impact drainage.
Therefore, if the lot is graded as indicated on the certificate, no adverse impacts will occur.
