ORDINANCE NO. 115-09
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO MEDIACOM MINNESOTA LLC TO CONSTRUCT,
OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF THE FRANCHISE;
PROVIDING FOR REGULATION AND USE OF THE SYSTEM AND THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY’S RIGHT-OF-WAY ORDINANCE, SECTION 701; AND PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS HEREIN;
The following is only a summary of Ordinance No. 115-09. The full text will available for public
inspection after publication by any person during regular office hours at City Hall or in the
Document Center on the City of Prior Lake Website.
SUMMARY: The Ordinance grants a cable franchise to Mediacom Minnesota LLC and provides
regulations for said franchise. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage
and publication and after acceptance by the grantee.
