RE: Curb cut and Parking Space in Right of Way.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Storm
This letter is to inform you that a building permit issued for your new Single Family Dwelling on
August 3rd 2006 remains open due to unfinished work. In an attempt to close this file it was
revealed that a curb cut and an asphalt parking area is in the City of Prior Lake Right of Way.
The City of Prior Lake Public Works Design Manual Section Eleven prohibits parking areas in the
Right Away and Easements, and more than 1 curb cut in a single family residential lot and must b
removed. e
Please, remove the asphalt parking area, replace the existing curb with B618 curb style and
reestablish turf by JULY 11th 2014. When all work is complete and a final inspection has been
conducted; the$1500.00 deposit currently held by the City will be refunded. Failure to complete
this work by this date will result in forfeiture of the deposit funds and The City of Prior Lake will hire
a contractor to complete all work required.

through Friday with all questions.

In a letter sent to you on April 8th 2014, the City of Prior Lake solicited your help for the
