The City of Prior Lake Public Works Design Manual Section Eleven prohibits parking areas in the Right Away and Easements, and more than 1 curb cut in a single family residential lot and must b removed. e Please, remove the asphalt parking area, replace the existing curb with B618 curb style and reestablish turf by JULY 11th 2014. When all work is complete and a final inspection has been conducted; the$1500.00 deposit currently held by the City will be refunded.
