CONSENT FOR USE OF WALK, GRAINWOOD PARK
The undersigned owners of lots platted as Grainwood Park and Subdivision of OUTLOT A
Grainwood Park in the City of Prior Lake, do hereby consent and grant the City of Prior Lake
and its contractors, the perpetual right to enter upon and across the property described as the
"WALK" in the plat of Grainwood Park for the purposes of installing, maintaining, repairing and
reconstructing storm sewer. Except as allowed by this document the rights and obligations of the
property owner's benefitted by the dedication on the plat are not changed or abrogated.
It is understood that the City will cause the contractor(s) to restore the WALK to a condition as
nearly equal as possible to that which existed prior to any installation, maintenance, repair or
reconstruction.
