Any temporary sign not permanently attached to the ground or other permanent structure, or a sign designed to be transported, including but not limited to, signs designed to be transported by means of wheels, including signs attached to or painted on vehicles, unless the vehicle is used for the day to day operations of the business. A sandwich board sign is not a"portable sign" for the purpose of this Ordinance. Portable Signs: A portable sign permit period shall not exceed 30 consecutive days. In no case shall more than three (3) permits per property be granted during any calendar year. The maximum area shall be 32 square feet, and the maximum height shall be six(6)feet. No sign shall be located within a traffic visibility area as defined in Subsection 1101.506.
