B. DEV15-001017 5352 Candy Cove Trail – The property owner is requesting a variance from the minimum
side yard setback to allow for alterations and construction of a garage in the (R1-SD) Low Density
Residential Shoreland Zoning District. PID: 25-0027-003-0.
C. DEV15-001019 – 3456 Twin Island Circle – The property owner is requesting a variance from the minimum
