que.~tion, The builclcr College City Homes is propo~ing to raise the garage elevations fur lots 4-6
\:ly 0.8' from the grading plan elevation, to accommodate a deeper basemenl The rear e]evatioD
of the ]OIS will remain consi~tent with the grading plan. .
r hDve reviewed the drainage for these lots and found that it follows the overall Grading Plan.
Providing p(lsitive drainage in exces~ of2% away from the building to rear yard or to the street,
without affecting the drainage of any neighboring properties.
The driveways are steep but are within the parameters allowab]e by the City.
