Flatten out the tax impact by adjusting projects, especially street overlay projects, so that there is a more equal impact on a year by year basis. Consider moving the 1997 street overlay project to 1998. They are contesting that a property area adjacent to their farm should be included with their farm, rather than excluded. They have filed an Affidavit of Unclear Title. The City Council would like to know what implications such action and its outcomes would have on the City of Prior Lake and whether steps need to be taken to protect the City's interest. The Vierlings are to be contacted to let them know of our findings. 95-66 Planning and I 1/20 Work with The Wilds representatives to propose Petition withdrawn.
