RESOLUTION 15-178
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JAMES STREEFLAND TO SERVE ON THE
LAKES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Motion By: Morton Second By: Thompson
WHEREAS, Vacancies exist on the Lakes Advisory Committee as of October 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS, Applications were solicited from other persons in the community who were interested;
and
WHEREAS, Notice of such vacancies were placed in the Prior Lake American and the City Website;
and
WHEREAS, Only one application was received by an incumbent member of the Lakes Advisory
Committee and
WHEREAS, The City Council agreed it was not necessary to complete an interview since the only
applicant was an incumbent and suggested recommendation for appointment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
2. That the following individual is appointed to fill the following term:
