Based on our review of the referenced grading plan,it is our opinion that the global stability of the existing slopes is sufficient to accommodate the loads generated for the new home construction at 5290 Candy Cove Trail. The grading plan also shows some low-height retaining walls on the existing slopes. Our global stability analysis does not evaluate the stability of these low height walls. These structures are considered surface landscape features, and fall into the same category as surface erosion.
