DEV15-001026 – 16640 Inguadona Beach Circle SW - Variance – Dawn Rahbain is requesting a variance from the minimum front yard setback and impervious surface to allow for construction of an attached 2 car garage at 16640 Inguadona Beach Circle SW located in the Low Density Residential Shorel and (R1SD) Zoning District.
